Alloys*

304    - General purpose alloy.  This is the most widely used stainless alloy and offers good corrosion resistance.  It has many uses.

 

430- The most popular non-hardenable grade generally used.  It is extremely ductile and suitable for press work.  It combines good corrosion resistance with mechanical properties.  Magnetic

 

Standard Finishes*

#2B – annealed, pickled and dull cold rolled

#4 – Standard polish - Brushed

BA – Bright Annealed: bright cold rolled and controlled atmosphere annealed to retain a highly reflective finish.
