•M-1 Structural Sealant

M-1 is a multipurpose structural sealant designed for difficult bonding and sealing applications on low-slope commercial roofing. It bonds aggressively to EPDM, PVC, BUR, coal tar, SBS mod bit, granulated APP, many types of coated metal, metal flashing details and FRP.

Excellent for underwater repairs, M-1 is a non-slump self-fixturing mastic that cures to a durable rubber bond with atmospheric moisture. It's a tough, thermosetting adhesive capable of bonding steel deck to bar joists and metal sandwich panels to roof and wall purlins. M-1 develops 300 lbs. per square inch of shear strength on metal, masonry and wood. It is capable of 300% elongation and can accommodate dimensional changes in construction materials down to minus 20 degrees F, and is solvent free. Available in Black, Gray, Limestone, and White.

Multi purpose sealant for doors, windows, Kynar coated metal and coping repairs.

DURALINK is a soft elastomeric sealant designed for application in extremely dynamic joints such as metal laps and seams. Bonds aggressively to aluminum,wood, glass, masonry, fiberglass, (FRP) vinyl, (PVC) copper and most coated metal including some types of Kynar.

A moisture-cure polymer that is easily tooled to a smooth nonshrinking mass, DURALINK skins over in about twenty minutes. Its non-slump properties allow sealant installation in vertical or overhead working conditions.

DURALINK is 100% solids and contains no solvent. It cures to a resilient rubber seal that exhibits no shrinkage in about three to seven days. Cure rate varies with temperature.

Easy watertight seals for roof penetrations around electrical, L metal, and pipes.

Performance starts where the rubber meets the roof. In the case of the ChemCurb, this means a tough, 2-inch deep poured rubber seal. A curb is bonded to the roof surface (EPDM, PVC, BUR, coal tar, SBS mod bit, granulated APP, many types of coated metal, metal flashing details and FRP), creating a form for the rubber seal and protecting it from ice or mechanical damage.

Curb components are made of precast polyester composite or black structural urethane for saw cutting and can be configured to fit every shape and size of penetration.
