Bonderized Steel is galvanized steel that is put through a phosphate bath and chromate dry. This produces the dull grey color which provides an excellent "primer" for painting applications. Please note the exposed phosphate coating is prone to white rust and should be painted immediately after installation.
Typical applications are gutter, downspout, and valley. |
